Activate my purchase

Sir I recently made a purchase in my ea fc mobile account. User I’d-832569909604024320 . The 2X top up bundle for 4999 . The purchase has been done but I did not received my pack .

My money was deducted  ₹4999 but I did not receive the in game fifa pack which I purchased. 
sir I would be grateful if you activate it at the earliest.
