Activities quests bug - Kickoff mission not completing
Update came today but my activities weekly quests are bugged it says completed when I never did it and shows tick mark on gems I didn't claim it I need those gems

Hi EA Support, my Player ID is *snip*. I am reporting a missing content bug for the TOTY 2026 Kickoff Event. The game news says Kickoff Missions and Login Rewards are available, but the tab is missing from my Quests/Activities menu. Other players are receiving Welcome Draft Tokens, but I have not received mine. Please verify my account eligibility and grant the missing tokens. I am playing on an Oppo F19 Pro (Android)."

Hi EA Sports, My player ID is *YxsefFX*. I'm having an issue with the new kick off missions in the TOTY 2026. When I complete a task from it (although I don't know what are the missions) the game says that I completed the mission but when I go to Quests/Activities menu, I don't find anything of what I "supposed" to be done. Please fix the issue and make my missions appear. I play on a Samsung Galaxy A03s.
