Activity points not increasing from 0

I am facing the issue of activity points not increasing from 0 since I changed my league to a new one.I am completing all my daily tasks playing h2h matches but it is not increasing from zero is it only showing for me or my league mates will also see 0 activity points?Anyone please reply.
