Daily log in is broken

In the Hero Chronicles quest line the claim 20 daily log in rewards don’t count and I’m stuck at 17, since last week. Please fix this issue thanks.

Literally every tag from division rivals is the premier league tag, I think this is a bug, I haven't gotten a single overall tag from Dr (ex. 112+ 113) (Dr=division rivals)
