Activity points not working

Hey EA, I’ve been having an issue in FC Mobile where my Activity Points aren’t going up at all, even after playing multiple Head to Head and VS Attack matches. I made sure I haven’t hit the daily or weekly limits, and I’ve tried restarting the app and checking my connection — everything else works fine, just the points aren’t increasing. I even played some event matches to test, but still no change. Not sure if it’s a bug or something on my end, but would appreciate some help. Thanks!
