Adds problem

Hi there — does this happen with every ad on your device, or only the ones for games? Also, which default web browser do you use on iOS, and is it fully up to date? Have you already cleared the cache data, just in case? 

It’s happening with every add on fc mobile.. I only play one game and don’t watch any other ads..

default I use safari and every app plus iOS is updated.. I deleted all cache browser history etc still having the same problem..

Thanks for the additional info. So far, we can’t confirm it as a general game issue. Ads seem to be closing fine during our tests.  Remember that ads can differ by region, so this may be specific to particular ads that aren’t properly optimized for your screen layout.

Would you be able to share a list of the ads that are causing issues for you so we can check whether it might be related to a specific provider?

It’s jus about all of them that pop out to App Store once the blue bar below closes.. I’ve stopped trying to claim gems from the store 3x100.. 

daily activity add has become a nightmare to claim as I need to complete for star pass

Can’t finish daily tasks some days.. yesterday after 5 tries finally.. missing 300 gems daily.. games adds rarely ever allow to claim.. the trip advisor.. grab food ones are always ok

We've tested these ads on an iPhone 12 and couldn’t confirm any issues — the ads displayed and closed normally, and rewards were granted correctly after closing. This rules out any issue with a specific ad or a specific provider. Could you also check your device's settings to see if anything has been changed that could affect this? Something like Display Zoom in  Settings > Display & Brightness. Perhaps restoring default settings could help in this situation.

Asked  AI and tried everything suggested but still having these issues..

Our team will keep an eye on this, but so far we haven’t been able to reproduce it, and it doesn’t appear to be something related to FC Mobile specifically.  It could be related to the device’s aspect ratio affecting how some ads display, but again, we couldn’t confirm that during our testing.
