Hello.

I'd like to complain about how FC Mobile won't let me play ads since 6 months ago.

There was an update on 26 September 2023 (changed from FIFA, to FC Mobile); and then suddenly everything was reset, the players were gone, I lost my coins, everything became awful.

[Update: 7Dec2023] It's been a month or so that I can't play any ads. The "WATCH" ad buttons are gray.

[Update:29Feb2024] I still can't watch any ads. And now there's a "Watch Ad" step in the Event progress. How am I supposed to move forward with the event if I can't watch any ads to pass through the point??? This is so annoying.

I've uninstalled and installed the app several times, but still nothing was fixed/changed about the error on the "Watch Ad" button for me.

I attached a screenshot of the latest error.

Please do something about it. I don't know about the others, whether anyone out there has the same issue with me; but please do something.
