After Daybreak daily event tree is locked

I’m trying to earn my daily tokens in the Main II tab of Ragnarok. After playing the first two skill games, the rest of the tree is locked. I only have 20/100 of the points today, so I have not yet been able to claim today’s allotment of tokens. I’ve closed and restarted the app, but it’s still locked.
