Anyone experiencing way to many bugs after TOTS25 update

Everytime I try going to a different ui/menu it shows lika a blank screen only showing the ones on the top like the friends,emails etc. And the app crashed like 3 times when I loaded it.And it keeps saying Resource error blah blah blah
