Appeal for Gem Charging Ban on EA SPORTS FC Mobile Account

I hope you are doing well. My name is Mahmoud Mowafi and I play EA SPORTS FC Mobile. Recently, I noticed that I have been blocked from buying gems in the in-game store.
I understand this may be a security or policy issue, but I would like to request a review of this restriction.
I have been playing the game actively and purchasing gems, but I may have used a third-party store in the past that I now understand may violate EA’s policies. I want to make sure my account is fully compliant, and I am ready to use only official EA purchase methods from now on.
Could you please:
- Explain why my account was restricted from charging gems?
- Review and remove the restriction if possible?
- Let me know how I can safely purchase gems in the future?
