Appeal Request for Account Suspension – FC Mobile

Dear EA Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request a review of my EA account, which has been recently suspended with the error code 0x00102710.

  1. I believe that this suspension may have been a mistake, and I would like to clarify my situation:
  2. I have not used any cheating software, hacks, exploits, or third-party tools while playing FC Mobile.
  3. I have never purchased or transferred coins illegally. I only play the game normally on my personal device, without modifying any files or using unauthorized applications. 
  4. I did not violate any rules intentionally and always try to follow EA’s Terms of Service.

 

Because the game did not show the duration of the suspension, I am unable to understand the exact reason. Therefore, I kindly ask your team to:

  • Review my account status
  • Explain the reason for the suspension
  • Restore my account if possible

 

Here is my account information:

  • Player Name: taotenlatao
  • Email EA: [edit: email address removed]
  • Device Used: Samsung galaxy M32
  • Country: Viet Nam

  • Hi there. We're not able to help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. You'll need to submit a dispute so that ToS can investigate the ban to see if it was given in error. There are instructions for that in this article. Thank you.
