I tried troubleshooting at laest 10 Times
Bro have you ever got this resolved ?? I bought the star pass bundle ysterday and I never recieved it! Money for the purchase was deducted from my cash app and says purchase completed but still nothing. And now I can't purchase anything either. When I try that stupid message keeps popping up about "still processing the last transaction bs" ugh so infuriating I swear. At this point I'll wait on a damn refund so long as I'm able to make purchases again. I have the money to even re purchase the star pass so long as I get a refund on my last failed purchase smh. This problem should be resolved by now what the hell is going on ???? 😡
Same issue got charged for a star pass I never even recieved and now I can't buy anything the sane stupid message pops up for me too. The money has been deducted from my cash app for going on the 2nd day and still I've recieved nothing !!!! Like dammit I spent 20$ a pretty decent amount of cash spent on a mobile app smh. You'd think they would just fix the issue or issue a refund and allow me to purchase items again I mean something dammit!

FC MOBILE I purchased an item for one dollar and the game started acting strangely and the game kept logging me out for about a day and then I logged in I found out that I got the package but when I was checking out I requested a refund the money Then when I found out that I had the package I decided to repeat the purchase and it showed me that the process was under review and that I had to be patient and I was still patient for 4 days.
Now I cannot buy anything because when I choose any package it tells me that the process is under review. I deleted the game and the account and brought them back and the problem still persists. I tried everything and did not find a solution. Please, I want to buy something.
