Hi @Sanyeu06112021 Would it be possible to get the other information requested?

  • Have you completed and claimed each node in the related quest? 
  • What Device (make/model) are you using?
  • Do you have any device or app updates pending?

    I completed them all and got the Kick off reward. I am using Ip 11 promax. I don't have any device and app updates pending.
