Bad Customer Care

My account has been suspended for a while, I tried seeking for help and nothing better has come out of it. EA will always refer you to EA.help.com but it doesn't even work. With fc mobile, banned doesnt even appear in penalty history, you appeal in the help section and your case won't be attended or reviewed. They just banned for no reason. I haven't violated any terms of uses and condition regarding safe play of the game. Some league groups are out there doing mass report on a particular account(player) they lost to and EA will never review such whether it was a genuine reason to b banned, the algorithm and AI banned you when you are mass reported without any investigation. they don't review logs or records or whatsoever they just leave you to b banned or suspended, so in the case of you spending so much on your account, the makes your work and effort looks in vain.  EA needs to do something these situations in fc mobile.
