Bad matchmaking

I'm fed up, it's starting to **bleep** me off. I'm talking about the matchmaking where I only get players with an overall rating of 121, 120, 119, and I'm always matched with people like that. I haven't received anyone with the same OVR as me for the last 12 matches. It's starting to get annoying. Please fix this problem.
