So the information about this is in the Store. Each pack offers a 2% odds to draw 112-113 OVR ballon d'or player, Guaranteed at 100 packs and resets upon successful draw.

  dzrtr, I opened a Ballon D'or pack, I didn't even get any 113 player and the pack count didn't reach 100 but it got reset, how to get that fixed, there is nothing mentioned in that solution related to this issue right?

    It includes 112 and 113 players, not just 113. Can you post the screenie of your filtered BdOr players?
