Hi , I ban without any reason and when I go to penalty part , I'd say , you don't have any Violations, please help me to fix that. Bug

And I spoke to your support many times, and they all said that I didn't violate anything by getting my email and checking it, so why shouldn't I be able to log into my account in the game now?
