banned account

Hello EA Support Team,
 
When I try to log into my FC Mobile account, I receive a “banned account” notification. However, I have not engaged in any activity that violates the rules. I have never used cheats, third-party software, or participated in coin buying/selling.
 
I believe this ban might have been applied by mistake. I kindly request a review of my account. Here are my account details:
