Can’t change board restrictions on manager career and fired after 3 weeks

I’ve been playing a manager carer as Sunderland for 3 weeks now and was enjoying it, after seeing my manager rating go down I went to change the board expectations and couldn’t due to a bug, and I got fired, so after 3 weeks of my time I have nothing to show for it please fix this or somehow get me my job back because this is ridiculous I was too far in to just restart
