i am sorry for this but i got a ban on my account without any specific hours please help me i dont want to lose my account please

    It's ok, we're here to help share what we can to help you out, so you're in the right spot to get advice. 

    We won't know about your ban on the EA forums, but we can point you in the right direction. You'll need to connect with our Terms of Service team. They investigate bans and suspensions and can take a look into this for you. 

    Here's how you can reach them to send in a ban appeal:

    If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

    • Open the webform
    • Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    • Select Submit.
    • Then select Email us.

     

    Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
