Bed performance from new card David Raya 119 UCL

Hey guys, I need to talk about the new 119 UCL David Raya card. Despite having top-tier OVR and stats, his in-game performance has been shocking after the recent updates. He plays way below his stats and makes unbelievable mistakes. Is this a known bug or did the script/update just ruin the card?
