Hello EA Support, I am from Bangladesh and the bKash payment option in FC Mobile has been showing “Maintenance” for around 2 months. Because of this, I am unable to purchase anything using bKash. This is a major problem for players in Bangladesh. Please investigate this issue and let us know when the payment service will be available again. Thank you.

Yes I also faced the same problem. The bKash payment option is unavailable ( Shown as unavailable for maintainance only Robi/ Cirkle payment method is active) both in fc mobile webstore and coda store. And in the fc mobile game there is no direct payment method using bkash only payment method using credit/debit card is available in the ingame store. It will be better for the Bangladeshi fc mobile players if the bkash payment method is fixed in the webstore and also this method is introduced in the ingame store as there is a huge amount of bangladeshi players playing this game and most convenient payment method is bkash.
