Black Friday 2025 packs

Hello,
I need an immediate review of my account regarding the Black Friday Elite Select promotion. The event explicitly guarantees that after opening 40 Black Friday packs, players will receive all five unique select cards, four 113 OVR cards and one 115 OVR card (Roberto Carlos) . I fulfilled every requirement and collected four of the players. Roberto Carlos was the only one missing.

When I reached the fifth guaranteed reward, the system gave me a duplicate instead of the final unique card (I have now 2 Ronaldinhos). This is a direct violation of the event’s stated rules and of what I paid for.

I am requesting a prompt correction. Please add the missing Roberto Carlos card to my account as the event guarantee requires. This is not a preference — it is the fulfillment of a clearly stated promotional promise.

  • you will need to contact customer service via the in-game settings menu - let them know you had incorrect rewards received - don't mention the word bug, just that you had incorrect rewards received
