Well, I did reach out to the support team. Had 3 different person chatting with me . I tried to solve my problem each time, but they sent me to somewhat else.
They say do this, lost this report this blah blah blah. We need to verify etc...

I had a similar problem where I payed 500 for another chance in weekend challenge (Toty) and it was a minute left until it ended and I clicked play match but it lagged for a bit and said this is now over please resume when event happens again. I thought that okay I was just to late but when I went back to home screen the gems had just gone and I didn't get the spare attempt.
Do ea even reply and do something about these things or just ditch them and don't go back to them?
