BUG: Account cleared of all violations but 605hr timer there Missing 117 Rewards

I was playing fc mobile the other day when ea suddely banned me. Then i tried to see reason of ban but no violations in the website. Strange rigth? I contacted many advisors still keep on twisting copy paste answers. I have 2 cases no one can solve. I will loose the free 2x 117 and 1000 rank up points. EA pls fix this , unban me and dont think i am not serious. I will seroiusly do something. Falsely Ban. The screen shots of proof will be above. When i asked the agent will i be able to claim lost rewards after unban he kept twisting answer. EA fix it and the proof is near the title. In-game username: Ronaldo7RM

    The Terms of Service Moderation Team can take up to 10 days, sometimes longer, to get back to you after submitting an appeal following this guide. 

    If you have already submitted an appeal, please hang in there for an update via email.

    Any login rewards you miss out on because of the ban are not something we can help you with directly, sorry. 

    Make sure to mention the missed login rewards in your appeal while filling out the dispute form.

    Hey EA_Claus, thank you for the reply, but there is a misunderstanding. My Penalty History is already CLEAR (0 violations) and my case was marked 'Fixed,' yet the 607-hour timer remains in-game. This is NOT a ban appeal; it is a technical sync bug between the TOS database and the FC Mobile server. Because I am officially NOT banned, I should not be missing the 117 OVR compensation rewards. Please escalate this as a 'Technical Account Sync' issue so I can claim the gift before it expires.
