BUG: Account cleared of all violations but 605hr timer there Missing 117 Rewards
I was playing fc mobile the other day when ea suddely banned me. Then i tried to see reason of ban but no violations in the website. Strange rigth? I contacted many advisors still keep on twisting copy paste answers. I have 2 cases no one can solve. I will loose the free 2x 117 and 1000 rank up points. EA pls fix this , unban me and dont think i am not serious. I will seroiusly do something. Falsely Ban. The screen shots of proof will be above. When i asked the agent will i be able to claim lost rewards after unban he kept twisting answer. EA fix it and the proof is near the title. In-game username: Ronaldo7RM

Update: It has been over 24 hours since my case was marked 'Fixed' and my history shows 'No Violations,' but the in-game timer is still active and has moved to 585.4 hours. This confirms the unban did not sync. I am now missing the 117 OVR Dreamchasers Daily Gift. I need a Community Manager to manually force an account refresh or escalate this technical bug immediately.
