Bug Compensation

Subject: Formal Request for Fair Compensation — FC Mobile Star Shards and Mbappé Glitches

Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Support Team,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent Star Shards glitch and the earlier glitch involving the high-OVR LW Mbappé card.

Some players reportedly gained a massive advantage through these bugs, including obtaining large amounts of Star Shards and valuable players, while others who play fairly and regularly missed these opportunities.

As a dedicated FC Mobile player, I feel that this situation has created an unfair difference between players. I would like to request that your team investigate these incidents and consider fair compensation for players who were unable to benefit from the glitches.

My requested compensation is at least 70,000 Star Shards and the high-OVR LW Mbappé card, or an equivalent fair reward if those exact items cannot be provided.

I am not asking EA to bring back the glitches. I am asking for a fair solution that recognises the disadvantage experienced by players who missed them.

Please forward this feedback to the appropriate FC Mobile development team and let me know whether any compensation or official resolution is planned.
