bug in fc mobile game

afternoon, I want to report if there is a bug in this game. 

I am a returning player who returned after stopping playing since 2023, and recently I returned to playing and when I opened the game there was a bug that was the unavailability of some features. even though I already have a level higher than what is needed to open the feature. 

I hope the developer can fix this bug.
