Hey b71avbh5o0gd. If you completed the purchase only recently, please give it a bit of time as the order may still be processing.
Try checking again from a different browser, and if the issue continues, scroll down to the bottom of the Web Store page and use the "Contact Us" option to get in touch with Customer Support.
