I packed a 115 OVR Moore from a tradable pack on week 1, but it ended up being untradable because it was a Week 3 card. I waited until Week 3 for it to become tradable, but it’s still untradable.
The pack wasn’t cheap — it cost 2000-3500 FIFA Points for a single 110 to 113–115 roll, and I honestly feel scammed.
There was also another card, a 113 Cunha, but I’m not completely certain about that one.
I started to play this game couple weeks ago and used quite bit of money. I’m not asking for refund, but product should be as promised.
Same issue here. Got untradable 114 OVR Viktor Gyökeres (ST) from the “Festive Fixtures Select Player Pro C” pack for 3,500 FC Points.
This is a widespread bug in the Festive Fixtures event where packs that don’t explicitly say “untradable” give future-week players (like your Week 3 Moore or my Week 3 Gyökeres) as untradables, even though the pack preview implies tradable.
My exact case (iOS):
Bought the 3500 FC Points pack guaranteeing a 113-115 OVR Festive Fixtures Player. No “untradable” label anywhere (unlike the identical 1,500 FC Points pack that does warn it’s untradable).
Pulled: Untradable 114 OVR Gyökeres (who wasn‘t even officially released then but is now in Week 3).
EA Support response: First agent (Abhimanyu) confirmed it’s a known issue and devs are working on it. In my second conversation with EA Help they ignored the first chat and gave me a copy paste denial and after explaining more they didn‘t answer any of my questions they just said to watch the forum here. Many players reporting the same in this thread and others (e.g., untradable Carrick from the exact same pack).
We’ve waited past Week 3 start, but still untradable. Feels scammy after spending real money on FC Points. EA_Pulsar or any mod: Please confirm and compensate by making the pulled player tradable or another fair compensation. This needs priority.

Yeah, I bought this exact pack as well. I’m sure EA has some kind of record of in-app purchases. It’s crazy if i have to record every pack purchase to get the right items. Glad you did it mate.
I have flagged this thread through the channel available for Heroes to escalate, but to see something official, you need to wait for EA staff to comment. I know that there is a ticket in the system for this bug, but I have no way to check its state and current progress.
Personally, I didn't even push for Championships in DR as I am waiting to see what will happen with this bug.

If this was an easy fix, it probably would have been fixed by now. I'd imagine that the impact to the player base has grown as packs are being opened (purchased with either gems or FCP) all the time, and then you have more people advancing to higher tiers in DR as well. It does not help that we're in the middle of Xmas/NYE holidays either. Hopefully, one of the CMs working over the holiday period will be able to get some more info. Stay tuned.
I opened the same pack and got 113 Konaté. He is still untradeable as well.... This is such as scam because I wanted to make coins from him. They need to fix this asap!
