Bug of "hala madrid" stuck

Subject: “Hala Madrid!” Achievement Quest Bug – Stuck at 0/1

Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Support Team,

I am reporting a bug with the “Hala Madrid!” Achievement Quest in FC Mobile.

My Player ID: Removed 

The quest asks me to “Swap 1 Real Madrid Player into your lineup,” but the progress remains stuck at 0/1, even though my lineup already contains multiple Real Madrid players, including Ferland Mendy, Antonio Rüdiger, Dean Huijsen, Éder Militão, Andriy Lunin, and Endrick.

I have tried changing my lineup, swapping players, confirming my team selection, and restarting the game. However, the quest still does not register as completed.

This bug is preventing me from completing the achievement and claiming its associated rewards.

Please investigate this issue and provide a fix. If the quest is malfunctioning, I request assistance in completing it or receiving the rewards associated with it.

I have attached screenshots of my lineup and the incomplete quest for reference.
