Bug on claiming gem in anivirsity rewards chapter 2

Hi i packed 1000 gems 4 times from anivirsity event chapter 2 but didn't add to my gems it was at 2 of October Thursday at the reset to one hour after maximum. (im in iran it was from 4:30 to 5:30 iran time). im on Samsung a15 . Sorry to post again i forgot the date my uid is 814117247512952832
