Bug Report: Ghost Touch/Input Error in Rank H2H (First Match After Launch)

Dear EA Support Team,

I would like to report an input-related bug that I have been experiencing in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

Issue Summary:

Ghost touch / unintended input occurs during the first Rank H2H match after launching the game.

Device Information:

- Device: Nubia Neo GT 5G

- OS Version: Android 15

- Display: 120Hz (tested also at 60Hz)

Game Information:

- Game: EA SPORTS FC Mobile

- Game Version: 26.1.02

- Mode affected: Rank H2H (Head-to-Head)

- Occurrence: First match only (leg pertama)

Detailed Description:

After launching the game and entering Rank H2H for the first time, the match often experiences unintended touch inputs such as:

- Players moving without joystick input

- Sprint, pass, or shot triggering without being pressed

- Joystick direction drifting or snapping unexpectedly

This issue consistently happens only in the first H2H match after opening the app.

From the second match onward, controls behave normally and the issue does not recur unless the game is restarted.

Additional Observations:

- The issue does NOT occur in:

   - VS AI

   - Events

   - Skill games

   - Other mobile games

- Lowering refresh rate to 60Hz and disabling game booster features reduces the frequency but does not fully eliminate the issue.

- The issue appears related to initial online input synchronization at the start of the first H2H session.

Expected Result:

Touch input should be stable and accurate from the first H2H match onward, without unintended or automatic actions.

Actual Result:

Unintended touch inputs occur only during the first H2H match, affecting gameplay and match fairness.

I believe this may be a software-related input synchronization issue rather than a hardware problem, especially since it resolves itself after the first match.
