Title: Stadium Selection is Locked to Olympic Stadium & Match Ball Always Resets

Hi everyone,

I'm having a frustrating issue in EA SPORTS FC Mobile, and I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

Whenever I play Head to Head or Manager Mode, the game completely ignores my selected stadium and match ball.

No matter which stadium I choose before the match, the game always loads into the Olympic Stadium. It feels like the stadium is permanently locked to Olympic, and I can't use any other stadium at all.

The match ball has the same issue. Whatever ball I select, the game always switches back to the default one.

I've already tried everything I could think of:

  • Cleared the game cache.
  • Restarted the game.
  • Restarted my phone.
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

Unfortunately, none of these steps fixed the problem.

I've tested this with different teams and in multiple matches, and it happens every single time in both Head to Head and Manager Mode.

Is anyone else dealing with this issue? If so, did you find a solution? I hope the developers can investigate this because the stadium and match ball customization features are currently unusable.

    Hola Yo también presento el mismo problema está Dios adquirido por eventos no salen en ataque enfrentados como cara a cara no sé si es una falla del juego si es así me gustaría saber qué tan pronto abre una solución ya que veo que no soy el único y bastante y en verdad me encanta la FIFA no nos gustaría cambiar de otro a otro juego solamente lo que buscamos ahí que nos escuchen y traten de solucionar el problema lo más antes posible igualmente gracias por leer mi comentario

    EA_Pulsar​ Hey, do you have any update or news about this annoying bug? .after I reporting this, my second account got this bug recently, did you guys really find any solution or fix on this bug? Because It's been several months since this bug started and nothing changed yet ....

    Também estou com esse mesmo problema no meu iPhone , bola sempre a padrão estádio sempre o olímpico mesmo mudando eles permanecem

    yes  the arena does not wanna change it sticks to the default one

    I completely agree with you. I'm experiencing the exact same issue, so I know how frustrating it is. We've been waiting for months and keep hearing that the team is "still investigating," but nothing has changed.

    I really hope the Community Managers can pin this discussion and make sure it reaches the EA development team. The more players report this issue and support each other's posts with comments and Kudos, the harder it will be to ignore.

    Hopefully our voices will finally be heard, and EA will prioritize fixing this issue as soon as possible.

    Broo most of us have been complaining on this issue to be fixed for about TWO-THREE MONTHS and keep saying the "team is still investigating"  like its so embarassing and shameful keep telling us to stay patient and they dont fix it i dont even think they care anymore if they did this issue could have been fixed very long time. Am not putting a blame for the community managers but I put my blame is to the gaming team who don't want to fix this issue we complain about everyday and we are so tired of this "team is still investigating" just forcing players to quit this game because their voices aren't heard. 

    NB: any community manager reads this forward this message to the team responsible because we are tired of fake promises and no accountability is being taken am so dissapointed  this game needs massive bug fixes and updates even the gameplay so bad the team needs to do more than better.

    I would also like to clarify one more thing about this issue. If a fix is found, will it be applied only to the specific accounts currently affected, or will it resolve the issue for all players experiencing the same problem?

    Also, could you please confirm whether this requires an account-specific fix from the technical team, or if it will be addressed through a future game update for all affected players?

    Hello, thank you for the update. I appreciate that the issue has been forwarded for investigation.

    I would like to confirm whether my specific account and reported issue are currently being reviewed by the technical team, rather than only being logged as general feedback.

    I also want to provide some additional details that may help with the investigation. This issue started a few months ago after an EA update. Since then, my main account has had this problem on the same device where I play.

    To clarify, I tested another account on the exact same phone, and that account does not have this issue. On the other account, the stadium and ball settings work normally in all Head to Head modes, Manager Mode, and VS Attack without any problems. They can be displayed and changed as expected.

    However, on my main account, the stadium and ball do not appear or work correctly in these modes, and the settings cannot be changed properly.

    This seems to indicate that the issue is related specifically to my account rather than my device. Could you please confirm if my account is under technical investigation and let me know if any additional information is needed from my side?
