The essence of the bug: when you choose this or that hero, it says guess who this player is. The fewer hints you use, the more fragments you get. I used 1 hint and they didn't give me anything except rewards for the stages.
Thanks for flagging this. From what we can see so far, this looks more likely to be a description issue rather than the event rewards not working as intended. We’ve reported it to the team so they can review it.
Yeah, as usual they've done a really poor job of explaining the mechanics of the event. I watched an ad having no idea that this would reveal a hint. So, that was annoying, but then I guessed McKennie after just one hint and received zero shards (see screenshot). Seems like an obvious bug.

The text reads “The less hint [sic] used, the more shards rewarded.” I used only one hint, but received 0 shards after correctly guessing the player. So, unless the text is simply wrong about receiving shards for correctly identifying the player then there is a bug (non-reward of shards) and not merely misleading/incorrect/incomplete text.
I guessed him without playing or using hints and got nothing 🤔
So probably no shards for guessing the player and only 300 from milestones which means we will get 116 nations player on 3rd nation 😂
