bug
i have a bug where im comected to everything and i try to enter on to redeem a code it says it doesn't exist

Hi axaac_fan — it’s likely you’re logging in with a different EA account than the one you used in-game to link your profile. Please double-check your login details. I’d also suggest opening the page in an incognito tab and trying your different email addresses to make sure you’re signing in to the correct account.
