Failed transaction but money taken

Google Play charged me Rp72.150(tax, actual price is  65k which is the bundle )and generated a transaction ID, but FC Mobile showed payment failed and I did not receive the item. I felt that ea is scamming me by doing this and hope they will fix it and deliver my rewards or refund my cash as it has caused many troubles.
