Bug

Hello EA Support,

 

I am facing a problem in the Capped Legends event in FC Mobile.

 

I have completed all the Challenge Mode tasks and the progress shows 6/6 completed. However, I am unable to claim the reward because the Claim/Collect button is greyed out and cannot be pressed.

 

The task is already marked as completed with a check mark, but the reward is still unavailable.

 

I have already tried restarting the game and checking the event again, but the issue is still the same.

 

Please review this issue and help me receive the reward that I have completed the requirements for. I have also attached a screenshot showing the problem.

    Hello, thank you for your reply.

     

    However, I would like to clarify that I did complete the Challenge Mode tasks, but I did not receive all the rewards. The rewards section is showing empty, even though I am sure that some rewards were never claimed.

     

    This appears to be a bug or a system issue. Please review my account activity and verify if the rewards were properly delivered. I would appreciate it if this issue could be investigated and the missing rewards restored.

    Hey, the rewards section in Challenge Mode Quests will be empty like this when you have completed all the challenges and the rewards have been granted. There is nothing else to claim.
