Bug

Hello, I am having an issue in EA Sports FC Mobile. One of my players is not in my main starting 11, but the game shows them as 'in the starting 11' on the Star Transfers screen, so I cannot exchange them for star points. I have already checked my main lineup, but the player is still locked. How can I fix this?
