Player Locked In Lineup

Hello EA Team,

I am experiencing a persistent bug in FC Mobile. Several players in the Recruitment section are incorrectly marked as “In Lineup,” even though they are not in any of my active lineups.

As a result, I cannot release these players to obtain shards.

I have already checked all my lineups, including Gauntlet, and tried the suggested troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists.

Please investigate this issue and fix the incorrect lineup status on my account so I can release my players and collect my shards.

I have attached a screenshot as evidence.

    Hi there. Thanks for reporting this. Even if you've reset your standard Gauntlet lineups, the game saves squads in the Gauntlet Kickoff matches. See this thread 

    To clear them, go to Gauntlet Mode, open your lineup, and tap the OVR number in the top-left corner. This displays a menu showing all squads and reserves saved across different tiers. If you check those and remove the players, you should be able to release them for shards immediately. Let me know if that does the trick!
