Resource download error

I have the same problem with the “Seasoned Newcomer natalla101”. I have already complained about this to some advisors in the EA help center and I came to this forums platform to ensure my self it was not a personal issue and apparently it’s not. I am just emphasizing my complaint so that a quick and swift correction would be made to the lapse we are seeing it the game. Thank you very much.

I'm experiencing a serious issue with FC Mobile. Whenever I try to enter any match, I receive the error message "RESOURCE DOWNLOAD ERROR (0x000003E8)".

This issue has caused me to lose 6 Head to Head matches.

My device is Redmi 15C, and I'm using MTN 4G. I have more than 10 GB of free storage and have already cleared the game's cache, but the problem continues.

Please investigate this issue and help me resolve it.
