Bugging out

Ok so I have no idea why this is happening but I cannot access extra time, I've been wanting to do badge pick and grind infinite tokens. Extra time is always down, I've done everything I can to fix it and I know this is a common issue, lwk here to complain but how would I go about fixing if I've done basically everything I can. Also weekend quests didn't work and didn't get the 20 shards, lwk am grinding for either cech in week 4, best or califiori. So thats an issue, done both Saturday and Sunday weekend challenges.
