Buttons problem

I have this problem with the game many of people are crying about it. This happens more often in head to head games whenever I play sometimes after I let go of the sprint button or without even touching it. It touches itself when I swipe down my screen it becomes okay ore whenever the ball goes out and buttons dissappear it sometimes comes back okay but goes back again before a minute in the game ends please help me EA this happened in the last event before TOTY it's making me lose a lot of important games I even thought its EA doing this on purpose in order for me to lose games for proof of this I have screen records of it you will see 3 buttons pressed and joystick moving which that is impossible to do. Please attend to this as soon as possible as I'm getting behind in my content creation with FC mobile Thank you
