Fc mobile - freezes on the choose account screen

Hello, FC Mobile freezes on the choose account screen and I cannot access my main account VandeVen37 (OVR 117). The game stays frozen and I already tried clearing cache, restarting the device, and reconnecting Google Play Games. Please help me recover access because I’m missing live events
