Can’t claim 300 rank up points from Glorious Eras

I’m having an issue claiming my 300 rank up points in the glorious eras bayern munchen rewards.  The bug allowed me to pass through and get all the other rewards. 
I am done with all the other clubs and have only this reward left before the seasons end
