Hi browsed web and even used Ai to figure out why I can’t rank up past level 5. I have a maschenaro card and training at 30 on the player, but when I click rank up card it just says maximum rank reached and I can’t rank up, this is fc mobile on iOS

You can rank a player 5 times. 5 levels of ovr. So if you have a 104 player you can rank him to 109. To have a 116 ovr player you need a 111 base player.
So how can I only get a player to 104 and others are at 111?
