Can’t redeem codes

Whenever i try to redeem a code it says i need to link my “EA Account” ingame, however my account is linked to my ea and it is still not working. Any recommendations?

Hi Antoff,

Does it show you what EA account you've linked it too? If not, you may need to connect with our support team and share your UID with them to help figure this out.

I’ve gone to “Link accounts” and it does say my EA account is linked. And i do not see my FC mobile account in my EA account settings portal.
