Missing pack contents - Payment went through

At today morning around 8:11 am I buy ₹149 daily booster from in fc mobile top up not from webstore but I didn't claim ₹149 daily booster rewards but my transaction was successful this is my Transaction id  FMPIB4191295127 please solve it this is the issue I am facing

I want a refund ,Ea scammed me i bought a special offer of ₹39 , my money got debited from the payment app and the payment was successful but when the game page opened it showed the transaction was cancelled 

i just made a payment of the Christmas calender event....money has been debited from my account but when i went back to the game it showed purchase cancelled and I didn't get any rewards...i have shared the item purchased and the payment screenshot and proof... please fix it or refund the amount 

I purchased the starter pack 2 times but you don't give me the pack give back my 40 rupees or give me the starter pack 

Give me my 80 rupees or give me the starter pack 2 times 

I purchased the daily booster D but rewards were not given . I saw many of them facing same kind of issues. Now what we supposed to do .

How to Get Help with Missing Paid Content:

To get help with missing purchases, follow these steps:

1. Allow 24hrs for the content to arrive. Sometimes it can take a bit to appear.
2. If it doesn't show after 24hrs, grab valid proof of purchase (PoP) - check out  'iTunes and App Store' for in-game purchases.
3. Create an in-game ticket to open a case with our support team for help with FC Mobile cases.

Our support team will do their best to help you with this from there, as we can't help with billing or missing content issues through the EA Forums.
