Can't download/install

My EA SPORTS FC Mobile app has become uninstallable and no longer appears in Play Store search on my device, showing a 'not compatible' error, even though my device exceeds all published minimum requirements. I'd like this reported as a device compatibility manifest issue.

Device: Tecno Pop 9c (model TECNO KL4)

Chipset: Unisoc T615 (UMS9230E), Mali-G57 GPU

RAM: 4GB

Android version: 14

The app is still installed and working, but I'm concerned I'll lose access when the upcoming update lands, since my device no longer shows as compatible in the Play Store. Please add my device to the approved compatibility list

    The minimum specs for downloading the game, any game mode, or FPS might change over time. Some devices might not be able to run the newest version of the game. Supported devices are subject to change. From August 2026 the EA SPORTS FC Mobile app may be removed from the app store for unsupported devices. We’ll keep this article updated with the latest information—the latest update was August 17, 2026.
