FC Mobile Freezes and Crashes Across Multiple Menus and Matches

 

> Hello EA Support,

> I am experiencing severe freezing and crashing in FC Mobile

> Issue:

> - Game freezes for 5-10 seconds then crashes to home screen

> - Happens in match, store, and even main menu

> What I tried:

> 1. Cleared cache

> 2. Lowered graphics to Low

> 3. Closed background apps

> 4. Uninstalled & reinstalled FC Mobile

    Hi, thanks for the report and for sharing the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried.

    Could you please share a few more details so we can look into this?

    • Device make and model
    • OS version
    • Connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
    • Does the freezing happen on both connection types?
    • When did the issue first start?
